But thanks to our many safeguard measures and extensive experience, we’re proud to say that our report cards show that customer acceptance rate for Champion products is approaching 99.997%.
For starters, Champion’s staff boasts a combined 40+ years of quality expertise. This experience has been refined and shared among the management, sales, and warehouse personnel to provide a true team approach to quality.
Secondly, we provide in-house balancing to make sure all bolts, nuts etc. are ground to precisely the ideal weight – to 1/100th of a gram if necessary. This way we can control the entire process; we know when it will be done, and we know it’s being done right. No need for our customers to send items out to a machine shop.
In addition, we regularly track our suppliers’ performance and send out timely and constructive feedback to help them correct flaws in their own processes, and we then verify that they’ve taken the appropriate corrective actions.
We also track all shipping actions and delivery times. We use bar code technology to verify what’s in every box, and to ensure all labels are correct and all part numbers and quantities match perfectly.
